Jason Oakes, Owner & President – Jason has been working in the construction industry since 1993. He started as an apprentice electrician and in four years earned his electrical degree. After becoming a seasoned electrician, Jason had a strong desire to master and become efficient in all aspects of the construction industry. This is the same desire that drives him today. Jason oversees and directs all field construction projects and personally inspects each site before during and upon completion. His determination and solid work ethic are what motivates the employees of Full Circle Construction to perform with integrity and to the highest standards of quality in workmanship and relationships. Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He also has a passion for volunteering his time through local community outreach programs.
Brian Dudley Industrial/Commercial Project Manager/Estimator Before joining Full Circle Construction in 2006, Brian was a productive member of the management team at BJ’s Wholesale Club for 18 years. He worked his way up through the management ranks first as the Manager of Member Services, then Manger of Operations until he attained the position of General Manager. Over the past three years with Full Circle Construction Brian has successfully formed strong working relationships with Fortune 500 Companies and is currently pursuing projects in both the public and private sectors. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys boating, golfing, and fishing.
Mark Soltow, Project Manager/Estimator – Mark’s entrance into the construction industry started as a young boy when he worked and trained with his father in the carpentry, masonry and roofing fields. During this time, Mark learned the detailed level of each trade by rolling up his sleeves and doing much of the grunt work himself. His 20 plus years of experience also includes extensive project management, construction estimating and sales. Mark meticulously manages and supports each Full Circle Construction Project with integrity and great attention to detail. Family, music and church are Mark’s passion.
Kevin Greist, Project Manager - Kevin has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years. His experience includes residential, industrial and commercial customers. Before joining Full Circle Construction in 2006, Kevin spent 15 years as the Superintendant of Construction for several large companies. His knowledge is with all aspects of the construction process with great attention to detail. More than anything, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family.
Deborah McCartney, Human Resource Manager/Office Manager – Deborah joined Full Circle Construction in 2008 after spending 25 years in the Financial Services Industry. She served as a Senior Trust Officer for over 18 years for the Principal Financial Group and managed Retirement Plan Administration for Company 401(k) Plans and Individual Retirement Plans. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Banking and Finance from Wilmington University. She enjoys antiquing, travel, and spending time with family and friends. |
